Bridgeton gun shop owner takes aim at MSD over an alleged $157K sewer backup BRIDGETON, Mo. - Metro Shooting Supply, a Bridgeton gun shop, shooting range, and training facility, says it suffered $157,000 in damages and lost business because of a sewer backup caused by the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD).Owner Steven King said they can’t get the agency to pay."November 11 of last year, Metropolitan Sewer District backup into our basement, it flooded our complete range area and our service counter," King said. Dash-cam captures moment of possible pursuit crash in L.A. County Dash-cam footage obtained by KTLA shows the moment the driver of an SUV, who may have been involved in a stolen vehicle police pursuit, caused a multi-car crash Monday in Valley Glen, injuring six people, including a child.  Video of the violent collision, which occurred at the intersection of West Vanowen Street and Bellaire Avenue, shows the dark-colored SUV careening into the intersection on what appears to be a disabled passenger-side front wheel and crashing nearly head-on into a four-door sedan waiting to make a left turn. Growing brush fire breaks out in Sylmar Fire crews are battling a brush fire that broke out in Sylmar on Tuesday afternoon.The Victor Fire is burning near Sierra Highway and Needham Ranch Parkway surrounded by the 5 and 14 Freeways, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.The blaze ignited around 3:30 p.m. at around five acres and by 4 p.m., had grown to 10 acres. By 5 p.m., the flames expanded to around 50 acres. The fire is surrounded by "light, flashy fuels" and has the potential to grow to 100 acres, officials said. Family continues search for missing San Pedro girl Loved ones are searching for a girl who disappeared in San Pedro nearly two weeks ago.The missing girl was identified as Isabella Poland, 12, by the Los Angeles Police Department.On July 15, Poland left her home near the 2200 block of Roseglen Avenue around 4:20 p.m. Her mother told police she noticed Poland was wearing makeup when she left the house.Around 7:50 p.m. that night, Poland was captured on surveillance video at the Montclair Place shopping mall with an unknown male.That was the girl's last known location. Her parents have not heard from her since. Poland does not have a cell phone and was not allowed to use social media, authorities said.Poland is described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes.
