GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — The Green Bay Packers got a couple weapons for new starting quarterback Jordan Love by selecting Oregon State tight end Luke Musgrave and Michigan State wide receiver Jayden Reed in the second round of the NFL draft on Friday night.Green Bay chose Musgrave with the 42nd overall selection, a pick they acquired in the trade that sent four-time MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets.The Packers also entered the night with the No. 45 selection in the draft, but they sent that to Detroit in a trade that brought them the No. 48 choice and a fifth-round pick. NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans ended Will Levis’ wait to hear his name called Friday night, trading up eight spots with Arizona to select the Kentucky quarterback with the No. 33 pick overall Friday night in the NFL draft.Levis left Kansas City after sitting around and never hearing his name called Thursday night. Talking to reporters via a Zoom call, Levis said where he was drafted won’t affect his work ethic. DENVER (KDVR) — Another round of showers moved through Colorado Thursday night into early Friday morning.This brought rain showers to the Denver metro, but higher elevations around and above 6,000 feet picked up measurable snow. Is Denver done with snow? It’s possible In the Castle Rock area, 1.6 inches of snowfall were measured. Castle Pines picked up just shy of that amount with 1.5 inches of measurable snow. The Pinery, south of Parker, picked up 1.2 inches of snowfall, and Lone Tree measured 0.5 inches of snow. Higher snowfall totals were reported in higher elevations. Aspen Springs reported some of the highest totals at 9 inches. Genesee and Evergreen reported over 6 inches of snowfall, and 4.5 inches of snow was recorded in Bailey.Some ski areas also benefitted from the snow. DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado's free transit program just got a boost.Gov. Jared Polis signed a bill into law on Friday that expands the grant program, designed to offer free public transit rides during peak ozone season. The new law allows transit agencies to roll over the money and use it for rider outreach. It also gives transit agencies more flexibility on when to use the money, as Colorado regions experience ozone season differently. A U.S. Coast Guard crew came to the rescue of a group of boaters stuck at sea.The six boaters’ vessel became grounded on Friday about eight miles off Key West.The Coast Guard crew was able to reach the boaters on board the lopsided vessel and transferred them to officials with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.The captain of the grounded boat is working to refloat the vessel.Workers describe robberies at knifepoint at Jamaica Plain cell phone stores as police investigate

An investigation got underway this week after multiple armed robberies along the same street in Jamaica Plain. Security cameras captured some of the crimes, which all took place at cell phone stores. As police search for one man in connection with at least one of two robberies in the area, some of the people working at the targeted stores have described their experiences to 7NEWS. “He said ‘Don’t play dumb man. I’m not having a good day. Don’t do anything stupid. I don’t want to kill you man,’” Emmanuel Sanchez said of a man he said robbed him at knifepoint Thursday afternoon on Centre Street. “I tried to calm down,” Sanchez said. “Don’t do nothing stupid — because he had two knives.”The robbery Sanchez described happened 24 hours after a man showed two knives while robbing a nearby Boost Mobile store. “My employee is left for fear,” said store manager Ashley Cruz. “All the employees I have are in fear now of working. An investigation is underway after the remains of either a fetus or a newborn were found at a regional recycling facility in Rochester, Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois said Friday.
