One arrested after shots fired during dispute: police AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Joseph Kellogg Jr., 27, was arrested following an investigation into shots fired reported on Divison Street. Police say multiple people were engaged in a dispute in the early hours of January 1 and that a gun was discharged. Get the latest news, weather, sports and more delivered right to your inbox! Law enforcement gathered evidence and obtained witness accounts. A search warrant was granted for the residence where the incident occurred. During the search, a rifle and ammunition were recovered.The resident, Joseph Kellogg Jr., was arrested on a warrant. Schenectady County Undersheriff James Barrett says the two went missing from 7969 Mariaville Road between 10 p.m. A large police and rescue presence was staged early Tuesday morning near Mariaville and Featherstonehaugh Lake to find the brothers. According to Schenectady Police, the brothers left their home wearing only a tee shirt, pajamas, and sneakers, leaving their cell phones behind. Police say after stealing the car, they were found in good health at the Cobleskill Walmart. They're currently being interviewed at the Schenectady County Sheriff's Office.

Street takeover mob raids Compton bakery, smashes car into store A street takeover in Compton resulted in the break-in and possible burglary of a Compton bakery early Tuesday morning.Ruben's Bakery & Mexican Food Inc. at 2701 N. Santa Fe Ave. was the site of a street takeover at about 3:30 a.m., according to Lt. Collins of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.Shortly after the takeover was reported to deputies, another caller said that about 100 people had broken into the bakery.The front door of the business was rammed with a vehicle, which the driver left at the scene before fleeing, Collins said.
