Police search for 2 men who allegedly burglarized Brighton Park restaurant CHICAGO — A search is underway for two men who were caught on camera breaking into a family business in Brighton Park, according to police. Police issued a community alert about the August burglary which included a video of the offenders. The two changes are part of the Concealed Carry Improvement Act, which Gov. Kathy Hochul signed into law in 2022. Get the latest news, weather, and sports delivered right to your inbox! The first is a change in who handles background checks for guns. Instead of the FBI, it will now be done through the New York State Police.
