Three-Vehicle Collision near Rayuville Lane Left One Student InjuredSANTA MARIA, CA (October 5, 2023) – Thursday morning, a student was sent to a hospital after a school bus accident on Mohoney Road.According to CHPM, a sedan collided with another car turning left onto Betterravia Road. The impact of the crash caused the turning car to hit a school bus occupied by at least eight students.The Santa Maria Joint Union High School District said the bus was transporting the students from Tanglewood to Santa Maria High School.Responding medical responders transported one student to a hospital for treatment of a minor shoulder injury. SAN MATEO COUNTY — A San Francisco man pleaded no contest this week to three felonies, including vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, after he T-boned another car while being pursued by San Bruno police last year, killing the driver.Matthew Todd Fredricksen, 34, was the getaway driver in an apparent shoplifting incident around 10 p.m. on June 19 of last year at the Shops of Tanforan in San Bruno. After reports of the shoplifting reached police, officers saw Fredricksen’s vehicle depart the mall’s parking lot.
